Have you ever had one of those days where you get to the gym only to realize you forgot your earphones? NOOOOO!!!! It’s literally the WORST. And I don’t know how people can listen to the music gyms actually play.
As my time as a personal trainer, boot camp instructor, and overall frequent gym goer, I’ve come up with plenty of different playlists to keep me motivated and kicking serious ass.

AKA the song from Southpaw. I dare you to listen to this song and still half ass your workout. Cause it’s not gonna happen. Whenever I’m starting to drag at the gym, I pop this song on and without a doubt, I instantly get back to BEAST MODE. And that’s why it’s my #1.
