You’ve tried EVERY diet imaginable.  And yet, you STILL aren’t where you want to be.  

You eat salads and lose fractions of pounds, while your friends eat pizza and burgers without.gaining.a.pound.  You look at junk food and swear you gain 5 lbs.  

You’ve tried everything from Keto, to Weight Watchers, to Paleo, and for some reason, it’s just not sticking.  And if you do lose weight, once you fall off the wagon, you gain all the weight back and then some!  What IS that?!

Since you’re reading this right now, I get the feeling you know exactly what I’m talking about.  

Since you’re reading this, I’m going to take a guess to say you’re a hard worker, sick of nothing working, but have the determination to MAKE it work and are not willing to give up no matter how many times you have to try.  Because if you’ve tried every diet, I can guarantee, you want to make a change.

  • Anything about nutrition and what you should be eating
  • How to stay consistent 


  • You give into self-sabotage without realizing it
  • You don’t know how to break bad habits and make new ones

How did I just magically guess all that??  Because I’ve been there.  I’ve literally almost tried every diet known to man.  I’ve done really well, and then not so well.  I’ve been frustrated to the point of screams!  Frustrated nothing was working!  Frustrated that nothing fit right.  I’ve also overcome that,

Because here is what I believe:

  • I believe everyone was born with an Inner Badass inside of them just waiting to come unleashed.  Trust me.  I can bring it out of you
  • I believe you have a Massive Goal that you think about  I’m here to provide you with guidance and support.
  • I believe you deserve everything you want in this world, and I’m here to remind you of how capable, and amazing you are.
  • I believe You Can Do This.  I will remind you of this every single day.

So Who Am I?

Oh haayyyyyyy, I’m Ashley Wilson!  I love everything about fitness/nutrition (okay, but maybe minus the kale chips and burpees, grooossss).  But what I love even more, is getting people out of their own heads to realize how amazing and capable they are to accomplish their weight loss goals.

How Did I Get Here?

It’s just a long story.  That I’ll shorten because #shortstoriesFTW.  I grew up playing sports and being active, but on the off season, oh heavens!  This girl knows yo-yo’ing like the best of them!  I always was interested in becoming a personal trainer, but just put it off into the back of my mind.

Insert grad school.  I was studying marketing and just couldn’t wrap my head around some of the stuff that was being taught.  I didn’t feel like I was accomplishing everything I could, until one day…

I got home from the gym and one of my roommates was asking me how to do a squat properly.  Dude.  I loved it.  I had a little education sesh right there in our living room.  She told me she didn’t know why I was doing marketing when I would clearly be an awesome personal trainer.

The wheels starting churning

I got home from grad school, and couldn’t land a market job.  Surprise, surprise, corporate America.  So what did I do?  I decided to be a personal trainer. 

I could bore you with how many certifications I have and how I know this and this, or I could tell you, my life passion is to watch people succeed.  Because I’ve been on the other end of the spectrum.

I find no greater joy, than seeing clients achieve something they feel impossible.  For clients to see results when they work hard and don’t give up.  I am most fulfilled, when I’m helping them reach their goals.
